30 In 30, Day 25 - "Teapot Dome Service Station" National Historic Site - Zillah, WA. By Jennifer Thompson
Day 25 - Another fun plein aire day with Mom! The Teapot Dome scandal of the
early 1920's had to do with oil reserves and government corruption.
Times truly have not changed all that much. The Teapot Dome Service
Station was built in the early 1920's as a response to the scandal and
as advertising for the station, I am sure!
