Audi Stanton's Incredible In-edibles are fun pieces of sculpted and recycled art made into cakes, doughnuts, pies and more. She made sponge cake out of sponges that look good enough to eat and they never go stale. But for those of you who don't have any more counter space, you can buy her cards. Yes- Audi took wonderful pictures of her Incredible In-edibles and made them into cards.
So, if you don't have room for dessert, buy a card or two. They are located in Winchuck Gardens and Nursery or a few might still be available at the Manley Art Center in Brookings, Oregon located at 509 Pine Street.
